Pin Reef (“the website”) is an indie project run by a single person, not a company. The website takes a minimalist approach to data: it collects only what is needed to fulfil your order and respond to your questions.
What the website collects
The website collects the information necessary to process your purchase, deliver the files, and provide support — along with minimal technical logs needed to keep the service secure.
What the website does not collect
- The website does not store your card or payment details.
- The website does not place advertising cookies on your browser.
- The website does not track you across third-party sites.
Third-party processors
To deliver the service, the website relies on a small number of trusted third parties — for payment processing, file hosting, and email delivery. Each is contractually required to protect your data and to use it solely for the purpose of providing their service to Pin Reef. A current list is available on request.
Cookies
The website uses essential cookies only, strictly for the checkout flow to work. No analytics cookies. No advertising cookies.
How long data is kept
Order records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Email correspondence is kept for a reasonable period to support you. Technical logs are short-lived.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data the website holds about you, ask for corrections, or ask for your account-level data to be erased (subject to legal retention obligations). Email from the address you used to place your order.
If you are in the EU, the UK, or California, you may also have additional rights under local law. Those rights are honoured globally.
