Pin Reef’s products are digital goods delivered immediately. Once the download link has been sent to your inbox, the sale is final and non-refundable.
The one exception
If you were charged twice for the same product — for example, a double-click during checkout or a payment retry that completed after the first — email hello@pinreef.online and the duplicate charge will be refunded in full, usually within five working days.
How to request a duplicate-charge refund
Write from the address you used at checkout. Include the approximate date of purchase and, if possible, the last four digits of the card. You’ll receive a response within two business days.
Statutory rights
Your rights under consumer-protection law in your country of residence are not affected by this policy. Where local law grants a stronger remedy for digital goods, it will be honoured.
