Our products are digital goods delivered immediately. Once the download link has been sent to your inbox, the sale is final and non-refundable.
The one exception
If you were charged twice for the same product — for example, a double-click during checkout or a payment retry that completed after the first — email us and we will refund the duplicate charge in full, usually within five working days.
How to request a duplicate-charge refund
Write to hello@pinreef.onlinefrom the address you used at checkout. Include the approximate date of purchase and, if possible, the last four digits of the card. We’ll respond within two business days.
Statutory rights
Your rights under consumer-protection law in your country of residence are not affected by this policy. Where local law grants a stronger remedy for digital goods, we will honour it.
